Shipping & Delivery Policy (Revised 12/2/2025)

Thank you for shopping with RDIV Wellness! We’re excited to get your order to you and want the process to feel easy from checkout to delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll get an email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, and occasional carrier delays can happen.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

International Orders
If you place an international order, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RDIV Wellness isn’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at support@rdivwellness.com. We’ll help you sort it out. For damaged or defective items, please see our Refund Policy for next steps.
