Return and Refund Policy: (Revised 12/2/2025)

We want you to love your RDIV Wellness order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 45 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Because of hygiene and safety, opened or used handmade personal-care products can’t be returned.

Start a return
Email us at support@rdivwellness.com
 with your order number and what you’d like to return. We usually respond with approval and instructions within 3 business days. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake. If we send you a prepaid return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right.

Not returnable
Opened/used handmade personal-care items, custom items, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any prepaid return label cost, if used).
If your original payment method is no longer available, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund another way.

EU customers
If we’re shipping to the EU at the time of your order, you may cancel/return within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unopened and unused.
